We are currently recruiting for an office administrator to cover a maternity leave post in the Dungannon area.
A full time role will be available after the period of maternity has been completed.
Monday to Thursday 9am to 5.30pm and Fridays 9am to 4pm.
Job duties will include:
-General office duties
-Covering Reception desk
-Processing orders and job sheets
Ideal candidate will have:
-Prior Office Management Experience Preferred
-Strong Attention to Detail
-Ability to Work Without Supervision
-Excellent Time Management Skills
-Exceptional Communication and Customer Service Skills
-Technical Skills Including Proficiency With Microsoft Office Programs
-SAGE experience is preferred but not essential
Salary will be discussed at interview.
