We are currently seeking dedicated production operatives to join our team, focusing on vegetation-related tasks. This role involves working on the production line and providing essential support to ensure the efficient operation of the company’s processes. Successful candidates will play a key part in maintaining high standards of productivity and contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour + Shift Allowance

Job Type: Full-time

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday

Day Shift: 6am- 6pm  |  Evening Shift: 6pm-6am

Job Criteria:

• A strong ability and willingness to work in a cold environment, performing manual labour tasks as required.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Good physical fitness and strength, with the capacity to meet the demands of the role, including lifting and handling equipment or materials.
• Demonstrated ability to work well as part of a team, contributing to a cooperative and productive work environment.
• A keen eye for detail, with the ability to perform tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring high-quality results.
• A solid understanding of food hygiene regulations and health and safety standards, with a commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant workplace.
• Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable, though not essential.
