Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative within a busy agricultural feed environment. This role involves supporting customers, processing orders, and ensuring a high standard of service is delivered at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
Process orders accurately and efficiently
Provide product information and guidance to customers
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional manner
Maintain up-to-date customer records and order details
Assist with general administrative duties as required
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
